家庭でのレシピは、今日どのように受け継がれているのでしょう?伝統的な食べ物は、グローバルな世界でどうやって生き残るのか、あるいは生き残る必要があるのでしょうか?この作品は、フィンランドと日本の伝統的な食べ物と、その変化、そして未来を、様々な角度から、さらには矛盾する角度から見た、実験的なマルチチャンネル・オーディオ・ドキュメンタリーです。
