不要になって廃棄された傘から蘇った「さしがさばな」と蛹のような白くて硬い殻で作られた音の鳴らない古楽器の「チェンバロ」のある静かな作品です。10 月 8 日(日)は特別な夜となり、チェンバロがまるで蛹から羽化をするように本物の楽器の姿で現れて、優しい音色で音楽を奏でます。
これは展示作品であると同時にイベント作品でもあり、空間芸術から時間芸術へのメタモルフォーゼを楽しむ実験です。あなたの心の琴線が作品の旋律に共鳴していただけることを願っています。

This is a quiet work with “Umbrella Flowers” revived from unwanted and discarded umbrellas and a harpsichord, an ancient musical instrument made of a hard, white, chrysalis-like shell.
On the evening of Sunday, October 8, the harpsichord, which has begun to hatch from its chrysalis, will emerge in the form of a vivid, real instrument and play renaissance and baroque music in a gentle tone. This is an installation, an event, and an experiment in enjoying the metamorphosis from spatial art to temporal art. How happy we would be if our heartstrings could
resonate with the beautiful melody?
Harpsichord performance by Miho Hirai, harpsichord tuning by Ryu Ikesue, and umbrellas provided by the people of Nakanojo Town.
