実家は幼稚園でした。記憶にある最初の作品はその砂場で作った、お団子山でした。
楽しくて楽しくて、無我夢中で作って、生ききっていた姿に今一番憧れています。
中之条ビエンナーレのファンで毎回観に来ていて初めて参加できたこの年、幼稚園が解体されることになりました。
ずっと側にあった砂場にユンボのタイヤが乗った翌週、中之条での制作が始まって体育館を開けると、ここで生ききったらいいさ。これからもできるさ。となんだか抱きしめてもらったように感じました。
