ただの“もの”から食べ物に変容する、その境目はどこにあるのでしょうか。現代では干し肉を作ることはありませんが、その変化の過程は、日常のものがアートになる過程に少しだけ似ています。

Where is the line between Jerky and raw meat? Where is the boundary between the transformation of “objects” into food? We don’t make dried meat today, but the process of transformation is a bit similar to the process by which everyday objects become art.
