疑念の香り Scent of Doubt

私の作品、相互作用的な光のインスタレーションは《疑念の香り》と題されています。この作品は、アルベルト・アインシュタインの相対性理論に疑問を投げかける視覚的な論文です。それは水で満たされた円筒と、光が透過する天体で構成され、共通の祖先を持つイメージを作り出します。世界は想像を絶する数の粒子で構成され、それらは一つとなって、絶え間なく続く一連の行為と接続の中にあります。私達の語彙の中で、それらの関係を説明するのに最も近い言葉は記憶です。しかし、私達は記憶を時間という概念の中に位置づけています。宇宙に時間はありません。生命だけが一度始まっては終わるものであり、そしてその時計とは意識です。それが死ぬ時、時間は終わります。

My interactive light installation will be entitled, “Scent of Doubt.”
The work is a visual thesis questioning Albert Einstein’s Theory of Relativity. It consists of cylinders filled with water and celestial bodies through which light penetrates, creating a spectacle of images having their common ancestral source. The world is made up of an unimaginable number of particles that form a unity and are in constant process and connection. The closest word in our vocabulary to describe their relationship is memory. We, however, place memory in the concept of time. With the universe there is no time. Only life once begins and ends, and its clock is consciousness. When she dies, time ends.
