師部 - 時の破片 Phloem - Pieces of Times

師部は植物の樹液を通す組織です。映像の中で紙は濡れ、燃える動きは野菜や血管の流れのように見えます。紙切れたちを並べれば、空想の地図という領土の断片になります。脆い境界線は、保存される塩と消費される火という、2 つの相反する現象の間で引き裂かれます。これらの小さな領土は、同時に現れては消えます。この炎の地形に残るのは、ばらばらな時の破片のように焼かれた小さな領土です。

The phloem is the sap-conducting tissue of a plant. In the video, some sheets of paper being wet, the burning movement appears
as a vascular and vegetable circulation. Pieces of paper become pieces of territory which, put side by side, form an imaginary map. The fragile borders are torn between two opposing phenomena: the salt that preserves and the fire that consumes.

These small territories appear and disappear at the same time.
What remains of this geography of fire are small territories burned like scattered pieces of time.
