何度となく通った中之条の記憶にはいつも水の流
れる音が響いている。何かを思い出そうとする時
にそのもののイメージが濃くなったり薄くなった
りして、掴めそうですり抜けていくあの感覚は、
水の流れを眺めている時の気分に似ている。私の
中に入った水はもうもとの水ではないが、絶える
ことなく流れている。
