不燃の木 Non-Combustible Tree

「本を木に戻す」。これは、『THE BOOK OF TREE』というシリーズのコンセプトだ。私の日頃から意識するプラスマイナス０といったような考え方がある。それは、ある種の懺悔であり天邪鬼な私を擁護する便利な言葉でもある。そんな言葉とともに今回はこの「やませ」という材木問屋だった場所で、売りさばいた木々の行方とそれは何を残したのかを見極め還すべきかを考えようと思う。

Return the book to the tree.” This is the concept of the series “The Book of Tree.” There is a way of thinking such as plus or minus zero that I am always aware of.
