この粘土は中之条で集めたものです。自然の中で長い時間をかけて作られた粘土を掘って、乾燥させ、砕いて、石などを取り除き、水と混ぜ、精製してから形作りました。ですがこれも、他のいろいろなものと同様に、そのうちにまた土へかえります。地球へかえって、循環し続けます。
This clay, created naturally over many years, was harvested locally in Nakanojo. After a long process of drying, crushing, filtering, and mixing, we shaped it into forms. One way or another, this clay, like most things, will return to the Earth and continue on its cyclical journey.
