As a traveling artist, my work is usually site-specific, trying to reflect a certain place and time. I like to explore different cultures and customs to express my relations to geography, environment, culture, and the people of a specific place. Since traveling was not possible during covid, I’ve been creating new ways and solutions in order to “travel” from my home studio. Thanks to the wonderful team in Nakanojo, I was able to create an orchestrated set up of the places I would like to visit.
