In my art I use photography, video, installation and performance, in order to explore global and interpersonal issues. I’m interested in land changes, geographic, social and psychological processes. As a traveling artist, the physical space allows me to express new aspects of myself, while also talking about questions of society and environment.

My photography and video works are partially staged partly documenting the existing. Most of my videos relate to photography, and are built as static frames, with no camera movements. In these frames there is usually a minor happening, and instead of a narrative, I create repetitive actions, poses, movements and gestures.

As a dancer and yoga teacher, I sometimes use my own body to perform in front of the camera. My definition of the geographical place passes through my own body, and my character becomes active in my works, present in the physical space, in the landscape, and in the situation. I like how the personal situation integrates into global ideas. In some works I stage myself & others, using simple gestures to manifest humorist ideas, and in other works I like to orchestrate the landscape.
