「観光すること」とはどのようなことなのだろうか？観光大国としての日本と、温泉地。そして、現在、観光業は大きな打撃を受け、今までにない困難な状況となっている。私たち夫婦がプライベートな「旅行」「観光」といったものを通じ、見聞きしたもの、感じたものを漫画と絵画に置き換える。そして架空の団体「温泉芸術研究所」を通じて、歴史的な文脈と観光への繋がりを独自に解釈する。
