中之条ビエンナーレでは、海外のアーティストとの国際交流プログラムを行っています。2024年のフィリピン国際芸術交流プログラム展「ECHOES OF LIGHT」と、中之条ビエンナーレ2025「光ノ山」は、どちらも「光」という共通のテーマを持っています。フィリピン・セブの施設で暮らす子どもたちが描いた〈光ノ山〉、そして2025年、中之条中学校1年生が同じテーマで紡いだ新たな光。
二つの輝きが国境を越えて響き合い、ふたつの山となって浮かびあがります。
2025年6月に中之条中学校1年生に向けてワークショップを実施しました。
The Nakanojo Biennale hosts an international exchange program with artists from overseas. Both the 2024 Philippines International Art Exchange Program Exhibition, “Echoes of Light,” and the Nakanojo Biennale 2025, “Mountain of Light,” share the theme of light. “Mountain of Light” was painted by children living in a facility in Cebu, Philippines, and in 2025, first-year students at Nakanojo Junior High School created new light using the same theme. Together, these two lights will resonate across borders, emerging as two mountains.
Workshops were conducted for first graders of Nakanojo Junior School in June 2025.
