制作の素材は鉄。火の力を借りて金槌を振り下ろし形を成す。その繰り返し。このビエンナーレの作品も同様。ミュゼの前庭に設置した鉄が、博物館に展示されている民俗資料や鉄山にどのように与していくか。「光ノ山」と題されたテーマにどのように関わるか。この作品は、群馬鉄山へのオマージュである。
The material of production is iron. With the help of fire, the hammer is swung down to form the shape. The process is repeated. The same applies to this Biennale’s work. How will the iron installed in the front garden of the Musée contribute to the folk materials and the iron mountain on display in the museum? How will it relate to the theme entitled “Mountains of Light”? This work is a tribute to Gunma Iron Mountain.
