仏偈に曰く、「心に罣礙（けいげ）なければ、塵は生じない」。
本来は心の執着を説くこの言葉を、ここでは空間に堆積する塵と重ねてみる。
それでも塵は常にそこにある。これは、時間、歴史、そして私たちが共有する自然からの「罣礙」である。
静止しているかのような宅邸の中を漂い、集まり、また散っていく。
古い物の上に降り積もり、記憶の文様と忘却の仕組みを堆積させる。
人々がここで暮らしていた日常と、撤退の後に生まれた隙間、
そして、あるビエンナーレによって、ふたたび短くこの場所に戻ってくるものも見つめている。
The Buddhist verse says, “If the mind is free of attachments, dust will not arise.” Originally referring to the release of internal clinging, the phrase is reinterpreted here—as a form of lingering entanglement deposited in space, shaped by time, history, and the nature we share. Dust remains ever-present. Within the stillness of this old house, it drifts, gathers, and disperses, settling on aged objects, layering the textures of memory and the quiet processes of forgetting. It watches over the daily lives once lived here, and the absences left behind after departure, and this fleeting return—made possible, once again, by a biennale.
