「肖像」をテーマに目の前の風景や土地、身近な植物、友人などを描く。
見たものの記憶を筆触に、筆触の断片を集積し、絵画として記録している。
近年、和紙を用いた油彩の技法材料研究を行っている。
My work revolves around the theme of ‘portraiture,’ encompassing landscapes, places, familiar plants, and friends. I capture the memories of what I see in my brushstrokes, accumulating these fragments to create a record in the form of a painting.
In recent years, I have also been researching the techniques and materials of oil painting on Japanese paper.
