素材の特性と形態の関係性に着目し、彫刻表現を軸に作品を制作する。“真剣に戯れる” をモットーに、抽出されたかたちや痕跡が鑑賞者に意味やストーリーを喚起することを試みている。
近年は花の吸水スポンジを彫刻素材として扱い、作品を発表している。作品は記憶や体験、その場の歴史を保管するストレージとして機能し、鑑賞者がそれらを読み解くことで、新たな解釈を生み出す可能性を探っている。

I focus on the relationship between the properties of materials and forms, creating works centered on sculpture.
With the motto of ‘seriously playing,’ I seek to evoke meaning and stories in viewers through extracted shapes and traces.
In recent years, I have been working with floral foam as a sculptural material, presenting my works. These works function as a storage for memories, experiences, and the history of a place, inviting viewers to interpret them and explore the potential for new meanings.
