群馬大学美術教育講座は、長きにわたり、地域の美術／教育をリードする人材育成を担ってきました。今なお、広義の表現活動を通じ、「地域・アート・学びの共同体」においてあらゆる「できごと」、「ものごと」、「人びと」の結び目となり、誰もがよりよく「生」きることにアプローチしています。そんな群大美術の学生と教員が共にグンダイビジュツとしてひらく「中之条芸術大学」（2021–）は、中之条という町やビエンナーレの“来し方・行く先”に関するリサーチ、大学生による研究企画など、「学び±アート」について語り合う場として誰もが参加できる「大学」です。今後も持続的にこの地に根ざし、文化や芸術の交流／発信の場になることを目指します。 地域のみなさん、アーティスト、学生、研究者らで、地域と共に奏でる芸術文化に触れ、対話し、創造的な学びの場を創出していきましょう。

 

Gunma University’s Department of Art Education has long been responsible for fostering human resources who lead art/education in the region. Through a broad range of expressive activities, we continue to serve as a link between all kinds of “events,” “things,” and “people” in the “community of region, art, and learning,” and to approach the “living” of everyone in well-being.The Nakanojo Art Campus (2021-), which will be established by Gundai Univ. Art education’s students and teachers as Gundai Bijutsu, is a “university” that anyone can participate in as a place to discuss “learning ± art,” including research on the town of Nakanojo and the “coming and going” of the Biennale, and research projects by university students. We will continue to be rooted in this area and aim to become a place for the exchange and transmission of culture and art. Let’s create a place for local residents, artists, students, and researchers to interact and learn creatively about the arts and culture played together with the community.
