Tending to follow a contemporary concept direction, unrestricted by the medium of creation. It is created using materials that best reflect the cultural context and characteristics of the time and place. There is often a focus on cross-media/interdisciplinary work and installations, mixed-media and issue based event which is often referenced to the reality of events. The process of creation is emphasized, and it frequently involves perceiving the state of human existence from the perspectives of people, communities, or humble/microscopic matters.
