Nakanojo Biennale 2021: Notice of schedule change (updated 9/7)

We are changing the exhibition period to prevent the spread of coronavirus. Depending on the changes, the Biennale will close on November 30th at the latest. Please check this page for the latest information.

The original exhibition period was from Saturday, September 11 to Monday, October 11, 2021. However, due to the changes, the Biennale will now start after the Opening Conditions are met.

Opening Conditions (as of September 7):

  1. The state of emergency for Kanto has been lifted (Gunma, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama, Tochigi, and Ibaraki).
  2. Gunma prefecture reduces its alert level to three or lower.
