私は写真で物語を作る。
写真は光景から言葉を剥ぎ取り、意味の無い細部のかたまりにする。
そして写真に写った一見意味のない枝や光の反射などに思いを巡らし、連想ゲームのように物語を作る。
たとえば光から眼球、枝から干涸びた骨などを連想する。
細部は干渉し、記憶や感覚にうったえかけ、新しく文脈を構築し物語になる。
物語は現実の出来事と歴史、神話が交錯し、
ある場所の多層的な風景を描き出す。
I make a story with photographs.
Peel off words from the scene and make it a meaningless detail of chunks.
And thinking about the seemingly meaning branches and reflection of light reflected in the photograph, I make a story like an associative game.
For example, it associates eyeballs from light, dry bones from branches, and so on.
The details interfere, memories and feelings are palpable, a new context is built and it becomes a story.
The story intersects real events, history, myths.
I express the multilayered landscape of a certain place.
