天台キッチンとは中之条ビエンナーレ2017の天台インレジデンスで生まれた永井文仁と高橋えりによるフードアートユニットである。彼らのよって提供される「食卓」で共有される食体験は参加者との親密性を築き、新たなコミュニケーションの可能性を模索する。

TENDAI KITCHEN is a food art unit by Nagai Fumihito and Eri Takahashi, formed at the kitchen of Tendai Residence in Nakanojo Biennale 2017.
They instal ‘shokutaku’ a dining space, and provide meals cooked by their selves.  They aim to produce active communications with participants through food and close distance resalted by their shokutaku.
