生きているのだから、常に意識の斜め下あたりの、ドクドクした音
その「自分」という消せない存在。「他者」の存在。生物、物質が
私はこの「存在」ということをテーマに絵画を制作しています。
それは、従来の絵画表現における、例えば「人が描いてあるから人
実際に五感で感じられるような、極めれば 絵画自体が生きているような存在の表現です。
この「物質的には無い筈なのに、五感的には在る状態」を成立させ
それはキャンバスの目を立てる事であったり、あるコミュニティに
鳥になって、その目で見る風景を、今度は蟻になって、その目で見
このアクティブスペース（時間・空間がある）を①無限に拡大、②
絵画が重力から解き放たれた時、「存在の点滅・つながりの膜」の
絵画は「在る」と「無い」を瞬きの時間で行き来（点滅）し、言い
そこは空気が立体的にあるわけでは無いのに、それでも拡がってお
止まっている筈の平面なのに、存在が点滅しています。平面は動き
バーチャルリアリティの浸透、機械や人工知能によって置き換わる
現実・虚実の境目が曖昧になる現代社会において、人には、自己や
アートという切り口から、「存在とは何か」について提示します。
その尺度によって、制作は不定形の平面絵画 から、建築物・地域を含んだ大きな「 匣絵画 」、
パフォーマンスという 「 作者が出入りできる絵画」など、様々な形を取ります。
As We are alive, We keep hearing blood flowing oblique downward of my consciousness.
The “self” that cannot be erased out, the presence of “others” – Living creatures and materials exist in this world.
I create pictures with the theme of this “presence.”
That is not something like “you feel like having a person because that person is drawn” as in the conventional pictorial expression.
It is expression of presence as if a picture itself seems alive, when mastered, experiencing itself with someone’s five senses.
In order to establish “something not existing materially but being present in terms of five senses,” virtual place of “+0.5 dimensions’ convexoconcave” is set on the flat.
That may be catching a stitch on a canvas, an artist visiting a certain community on a regular basis, becoming a bird watching landscape overlapped with the same landscape which is then seen by an ant.
This active space (with time and space) will be (i) enlarged infinitely, and/or (ii) compressed into a unique “flat.”
When a picture is released from gravity, a world of the “blinking presence/film of association” is created.
The picture comes and goes between “present” and “absent” in a blink of an eye (blinks) and says, “I am here” like in Morse.
The air does not exist three-dimensionally but still enlarges and shrinks.
On the flat that should stand still, the presence blinks. The flat moves, if you are impressed.
Penetration of virtual reality and labor being replaced with machines and artificial intelligence.
In the modern society where the border between the reality and fiction blurs, people need to realize themselves and others and have ability to develop the world in unique ideas.
From the angle of art I will propose “what the presence is all about.”
Production varies, depending on its scale, from irregular plain paintings to large “boxed paintings” including buildings and areas or “paintings where an artist can come and go,” which is called “performance.”
