The main focus of my work in recent years has been on the ongoing research on illusionary boundaries of identity and body. There is a mixture of personal, cultural, and historical narratives that feedback within a human body. As a first approach to these different contexts and perspectives, I try to establish a cinematic language which mixes the structures of fictional narratives and the pure presence of subjects and objects within a real or simulated space. In addition to film and video I also include media like text, installation, and performance in my work.
