カリグラフィーは、美意識を高め自己を開放するリベラル・アーツ教育の一つであり、スティーブ・ジョブズを世に輩出した影にカリグラフィーが影響していたことが世界中で注目されています。美しい文字を書くことで意識が変わり、学ぶことで環境が変わり世界観が変わります。今回のワークショップでは、公文書にも使用される優美な書体「Copper Plate」の書法をご体験ください。

経歴
千葉県生まれ。中学２年のときにカリグラフィーと出逢う。
1990　日本ペンマンシップ協会副会長　故・伊藤介二（いとうかいじ）氏に師事
1996　TANZAWA　Calligraphy & Penmanship School 開設。自宅教室、カルチャースクール講師。（読売文化センター、朝日カルチャーセンター、ソウル・ラッピングデザイナーズ協会）
2002　日本ペンマンシップ協会副会長就任。
2008　千葉県印西市にて教室展。
2012　柏市にて個展。
2013　中之条ビエンナーレにてワークショップ.
2014　カルチャースクール教室開設。（株式会社カルチャー　柏の葉・常盤平教室、コープみらい千葉教室）

Calligraphy is one of liberal art educations that raises aesthetics and opens one’s self, and calligraphy attracts attention all over the world by the fact that it gave some influence to Steve Jobs on creating Macintosh. By writing beautiful letters you will change awareness, by learning calligraphy your environment and your view of the world will be changed. In my workshop this time, please experience graceful style of the penmanship “Roundhand” that is often used in archives.

(Personal History)
1964:　Born on the 6th of April in Chiba Prefecture. Met with calligraphy in the 2nd grade of junior high school.
1990:　Studied under the late Mr. Kaiji Ito, who was the vice president of Japan Penmanship Association.
1996:　Opened TANZAWA Calligraphy & Penmanship School. Taught at the home classroom, also at Yomiuri Culture Center, Asahi Culture Center and Korea Gift Wrapping Designer Association.
2002:　Was appointed vice president of Japan Penmanship Association.
2008:　Held classroom exhibition in Inzai City, Chiba Prefecture.
2012:　Held a solo exhibition in Kashiwa City.
2013:　Held a workshop at Nakanojo Biennale.
2014:　Opened some classes. (in Kashiwa City, Tokiwa-daira (Matsudo City), managed by Culture Co., Ltd.; in Chiba City, managed by Co-op Mirai)
