水景の六合 Aquatic Scenery of Kuni

アーティストは六合地域の水域において、あらゆる可能性のある水中音を録音し、その音を土壌の彫刻へと変換しました。彫刻の発色は、水中音を採取した土壌によって生まれています。展示会場「昔々の家」と組み合わせることで、建物内部全体が六合の水中音風景として現れます。それはまるで枯山水のようです。

水中音を聴きたい場合は、QRコードをスキャンして個別に聴くことが可能ですが、まずは視覚を通して音を感じ取ることをおすすめします。

まるで琴譜を読むように、目で音を味わう体験です。

The artist conducted extensive underwater sound recordings of various water bodies in the Kuni area. These sounds were then transformed into soil-based sculptures. The coloration of the sculptures derives from the soil that carries these acoustic traces. Coupled with the historical background of the exhibition venue, Mukashi-Mukashi House, the entire interior space is transformed into an underwater soundscape of Kuni—resembling a dry landscape garden (kare-sansui) that evokes a deep sense of longing. Visitors can scan a QR code to individually listen to the underwater sounds. However, it is recommended to first engage with the works visually—experiencing the sound as one would read a musical score.
