2047年、AIが人間の意識を再現可能に。日本政府は極秘裏に「0013」委員会を設立するが、傘下の研究所で研究員が人の意思を操るウイルスと装置を開発し、テロ組織と結託。感染者は意思をハッキングされ怪物化し、世界中でウイルステロが多発する。
研究所長・黒木と娘ユウキも感染。ユウキはワクチンで怪物化を免れ副作用で超人的能力を得て、政府の対テロ部隊として戦う。「細胞融合増殖抑制装置」は、ウィルス感染による細胞融合の増殖を抑えるための装置。ワクチンの効果を得られなかった人々はこの装置の中に入らなければならない。

In 2047, AI can replicate human consciousness. Japan’s secret “0013” committee loses control when a researcher creates a virus and device to hijack human will, aligning with terrorists. Infected people become monsters, triggering global chaos. Kuroki, head of a key lab, and his daughter Yuki are infected. Yuki survives with a vaccine that grants her superhuman powers. She’s sent to fight for the government. Those who can’t be saved by the vaccine are placed into the “cell fusion growth suppressor,” a device that halts the virus’s monstrous effects.
